If you’re looking for a fun, feel-good workshop please check out our Coffee Table Class; this class is for folks who want to really get into it, lecture style! Over just 3 weeks students will get an in-depth overview of each piece of major equipment. Starting with the jointer/planer and moving on to the table saw and router students will get instruction on safety protocol, basic operation and beyond. Learn about different wood materials, how to price out material and where to buy it. Learn how to dress a board, laminate, cut dados, tenons, tongues, coves and more.
Bring a note book and bring your questions. The first two hours of every class are lecture style and the last hour is a q n’ a.
This class is not project-based but we will do some test cuts and operations. All materials are provided.
